Creditors and others who infrequently file proofs of claim, use the Electronic Proofs of Claim Program. No user ID or password is required. A Proof of Claim form will be automatically created from the data you enter. You will be given an opportunity to attach supporting documentation to the electronically generated proof of claim form. Please do not attach any proofs of claim forms.
Debtors or trustees who file proofs of claim on behalf of a creditor, use this system.
Registered CM/ECF users who file Proofs of Claim in PDF format, use CM/ECF.
